How far in advance should I place my balloon order?
We kindly ask that all balloon orders be placed at least 7 days in advance. While we can accommodate shorter timeframes, the request will be reviewed to confirm our team's availability and the order would require the use of balloons that we already have in stock.
What is your balloon delivery policy?
We deliver our one-of-a-kind, custom balloon creations within a 20 mile radius of our studio in Malvern PA. The delivery fee will depend on the exact delivery location. For orders outside of our delivery area, please email us to confirm availability and pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled 15 or more days before the delivery date are fully refundable. Unfortunately, orders canceled within 15 days of the delivery date are non-refundable.
How long do balloons last indoors?
Many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors! However, their longevity depends on the environmental conditions of the space.
How long do balloons last outdoors?
Balloons displayed outdoors are not guaranteed to last for any specific amount of time, as factors like sun, heat, wind, and rain can impact their lifespan.
Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
Yes! Our team uses the highest quality 100% latex balloons, which are biodegradable. While not all balloons are biodegradable, they are reusable and can last for years.
What is a Grab & Go?
Grab & Go balloons are pre-inflated and designed by our team, but hung and styled by you! Choose from various balloon garlands, centerpieces, party poles, jumbo balloons and more.
My event date is several days after your pick-up time slots. Will my Grab & Go balloons last?
Our Grab & Go designs are all air-filled, so they will last for several weeks as long as they are kept out of direct heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects. Don’t be afraid to pick them up early!
I'm having difficulty with my DIY Balloon kit, can you help?
